Thank you for purchasing digital educational resources from Vidya Kuteera (vidyakuteera.in). Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Digital Products Nature

Our study guides, question banks, and notes are instantly delivered digital goods (PDF eBooks). Because digital files can be downloaded, opened, and saved immediately upon payment confirmation, standard cancellations or returns are generally not possible once the file has been dispatched.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We are committed to fair customer service. We will issue a 100% full refund in the following scenarios:

• Duplicate Transactions: If your account was charged twice for the same single order due to a technical glitch.
• Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your purchased eBook via email or download link within 24 hours of successful payment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• Corrupted File: If the delivered PDF file is damaged or unreadable, and our team cannot provide a working replacement copy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any of the eligible conditions above, please email us within 7 days of your purchase at:
